To register more than one person on the same form, make sure you add a guest. You can pay by check, credit card, or Paypal.  You will have the options at the end of the process. If you click Paypal, you will have the option to use Paypal or use a credit card or mail in a payment.

 Our Spring Outing this year will be headquartered at the Super 8 Hotel in Boone, NC, 2419 Hwy 105 during the weekend of May 5,6, and 7. The Lodge is giving us a great rate of $85 tax/night, which is available until April 20, 2017. Participants must make their own reservations.  Mention Native Plant Society to receive the discounted rate. You must make the reservation by phone to receive this rate.

Friday May 5th

2 PM  pre-outing hike with Mark Rose on the Blue Ridge Parkway 

6: 30 PM evening snacks and socializing

8 PM  evening speaker     

During this evening, we will be able to examining the specialty silent plant auction items.  The silent bidding will begin Friday evening with signup sheets.  

Saturday, May 6

9 AM  carpooling for the first round of hikes.

Lunchtime – return to Boone for lunch on our own and reconvening to carpool for afternoon hikes.

Dinner will be on our own, with approximately 30 restaurants within a 3-mile range of our evening meeting location.

Saturday evening, we will again have a speaker, and the completion of our silent auction.

Sunday, May 7

9 AM There will be a half-day hike Sunday morning, to be completed by 1 pm.

This year we are having a special Silent Auction with some beautiful, specialty items. 

There will NOT be a general plant auction, so NO need to haul along plants to the spring trip.
