The account that appears in most published books and articles is simply wrong. Enter the library through the main door and turn left to find the room at the farthest end from the pond). This event will be our June "Nature Nights at the Pond," where Oconee Bell Chapter members and friends gather on the last Tuesday evening each month. After the talk at around 6:15 pm we will move to the large shelter behind the Cashiers Rec Center, which we have booked for the last Tuesday each month from May through August. A native plant exchange and a green raffle will be held on June 30 after the talk, so bring your extra native plants and seedlings to raffle or exchange! This gathering is open to everyone - bring a friend, your curiosity, and join us to be part of the fun!
