It is an easy/moderate one-mile trail walk to Walkers Creek.  We’ll return the same way, then head over to nearby Strieby Wood Nature Preserve for lunch and a bathroom break.

You can continue the walk there at your leisure.

We’ll have guides to help us with plant identification. Nell Allen, retired botanist from the NC Zoo, will be joining us as well!

This program is free and open to members & guests.

This walk is limited to 25 participants. We will create a waitlist if necessary.
