Discover the beauty and purpose of the Pollinator Garden at Midwood Park! The tour will include an introduction to the garden’s history, its focus on native plants, and how it supports environmental education in the community. Learn how the garden was developed, how the plants were selected, and how it has become a hub for seasonal events like pumpkin painting and composting workshops.
You’ll have the chance to engage with our dedicated volunteers and meet members of a newly formed local environmental group. After a brief welcome and overview, guests are encouraged to explore the garden at their own pace, ask questions, and connect with others passionate about native plants and pollinators.
Parking: Plenty of on-street parking is available around the park. A small parking lot is also located near the band shell on the opposite end of the park.
